HABBITS THAT WILL ENABLE YOU ACHIEVE A BALANCED LIFE



Appreciate every moment of your life and live in the present.  Plan for the future and learn from your mistakes.  Learn to be calm, more especially when making any decision in your life.  Life is simple, do not complicate it.

Appreciate your Body: We at times forget that we need to unwind and let our bodies be re-energized. Your body enables you experience so many wonderful moments so make sure you take good care of it.
 Always make healthy choices in life; generally, be active, eat a balanced/healthy diet and let your body rest when it’s tired.  Pamper yourself once in a while. 

When someone offends you, think about your body first instead of being so much worked up with lots of anxiety and stress which will in turn harm you. Calm down and deal with issues in a sober mind. 

Be Patient: With patience we can overcome almost anything whilst without it we can ruin almost anything.  Patient helps us become better people.

With patience you can see results in all your endeavors and you do not have to spend the precious time of your life getting mad or infuriated.

Be Mindful Be sensitive to other people’s feelings and don’t do things to intentionally hurt others.   Be mindful of the people around you and learn to accommodate each other’s personality. 

Beware:  Being aware lets you see every moment of your life and appreciate it.  Beware of this moment and don’t get obsessed with the future or the past.  We cannot deny that it is important to plan for the future and learn from our past mistakes, but even more important we should appreciate who we are right now and find joy in this state.  When aware of this moment, it brings in you some calmness, therefore you do not make any decisions that you might regret later. 

Be Creative: Creativity lets us turn our dreams into reality.  Life is all about choices, and in our day to day life we face a lot of challenges that require us to make choices.  Some of these challenges might be easy while others will be more difficult. If you approach each of your challenges with creativity then your life will be filled with adventures.  

Simplicity: In balance everything is simple; you just have to pick something in the middle. When you build your life around simplicity you reduce the number of out-of-balance things that can disrupt your happy living.  We all make mistakes and when it happens, don’t just kill yourself for nothing, it has already happened forget the past and see on how to deal with it and learn from your mistakes. In some instances, just let things unfold on their own instead trying so much doing nothing. 

Tips about Simplicity
Ø  Simplify your diet in a way that, you can eat a balanced diet by choosing simple health ingredients that easily available. 
Ø  Simplify you work schedule in a way that you don’t have to get your head so worked up thinking of so many things at the same time. 
Ø  It is evident that you cannot please everyone, therefore connect with people you truly care about and don’t bother so much trying to please everyone. 
Ø  Always make sure that you get things done as they arise rather than piling up issues and you end up getting overwhelmed. 
Ø  If you don’t have something at this moment, use an equivalent that is available instead you going to an extent of even stealing and putting yourself into trouble.
